Document Scanning

We provide Document Scanning and Document
Conversion Services into electronic formats that
provide easy access to your important information.

State of the art technology allows up us to provide
image enhancement, automatic deskewing, and sizing.
Our scanners are capable of scanning bi-tonal, 48 bit
color or grayscale up to 600 dpi. Our equipment can
also scan both sides of a sheet simultaneously. Final
output of your scanned documents can be provided to
you via CD-ROM, DVD or FTP.

Our document conversion process is designed to
provide the safest and most secure handling of your
original documents. All documents are returned to you
for storage or securely shredded.

Photo and Slide Scanning

We use the latest technology and software to scan
photos and slides for convenient storage and archiving
and for image editing and enlargement purposes. Our
photo and slide scanning equipment scans in 48 bit
color, as well as grayscale and black and white. We are
able to scan images up to 12,000 dpi. Basic software
enhancement is included in all photo and slide
scanning.

Book Scanning

Unlike most scanning services who use flatbed
scanners for books, CSP has scanners specifically
designed to scan books and periodicals for archiving,
editing or re-publishing. We have special book
scanners that are able to scan delicate books one page
at a time without removing the covers or binding. We
are able to scan pages up to 12"X17".

We also have high speed scanners that are able to scan
unbound book pages on both sides and convert them
to Word, PDF or JPEG files.
